- Frozen products are blast-frozen to -80° immediately after cooking and packaging, in order to fully preserve all the organoleptic properties of the foods.
- Fresh products are packaged in a protective atmosphere, and therefore do not require to be heated, preserving fragrances and aromas and enhancing flavour.

Thanks to our portioned and frozen dishes, we reduce waste, eliminating leftovers or surplus products.
Added to this is the convenience of use also linked to the very short cooking times: 5 minutes for single-serving portions and 20/30 minutes for dishes that would require long cooking times like roasts and lasagne.
